March 18, 2020 Update from Rite Temp Heating and Air
Things have been changing very quickly with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the U.S. We’ve been closely monitoring and making changes along the way, as we take very seriously our responsibility to help care for and protect our associates, their families and the communities we serve.
We are taking precautionary measures to help enforce the social distancing recommendation, therefore at this time all preventative maintenance appointments will be rescheduled 3-4 weeks out.
The service needs of our customers will be handled as the situation requires. We will be trying to limit the contact for interaction as much as allowed.
We ask that for the safety of your family and ours that if you have a sickness in your home, or the need for quarantine that you not schedule anything at this time. If you have multiple units and it’s not an emergency please consider not scheduling anything at this time.
Emergency services are still available, you may use our on-call service at 803 755-6556.
We do, at this time, request all payments to be made by credit card to limit the amount of contact between our families and yours. You may visit our website, ritetempheating.com, and scroll down to bottom of home page and click on the Payzer link to make a payment, or you may call our office and make a payment over the phone.
We understand the impact this will have on our customers and we want you to know how much we appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
